AN ODE TO KENDALE’S CLIENTS

Chicken and Ribs Kendale

At Kendale, we are so thrilled to get to do what we love 365 days of the year. Through sun and sleet, heat waves and first frosts, we’re grateful to provide food service professionals across Canada with great products and service. And while the past two years have been a tough time for restaurant owners of all sizes, we’re proud of the resilience, innovation, and collegiality that our fellow colleagues have shown to not only their customers and staff, but also their fellow restaurateurs.

So, in honour of the holiday season, we thought we’d feature just a few of our beloved customers to help you get to know some of Kendale’s extended family. Whether you’re in Niagara or out West, we hope you get a chance to show them some love this season, wherever you may be.

GET TO KNOW THE KENDALE FAMILY!

Whether you know us for our Southern Pride Smokers® or Broaster® pressure fryers, the secret sauce that makes us “Kendale” is our passion for our clients! And while some of our clients are far away from us, we love to cheer them on from our headquarters, offering them advice, specialized services, and of course, great products. So, we’re introducing you to just a few of the amazing business owners who make our job the best job.

Liberty Commons at Big Rock Brewery

Located in Toronto, Liberty Commons defines itself as a “proper” Canadian brewpub that serves up stellar comfort food and house-brewed craft beers. The establishment has used its love of food and brew to capture the unique essence of Toronto’s bustling soul. In the area? Pop in to Liberty Commons to find out what’s on the grill and what’s on tap!

Big T’s BBQ

With several locations scattered across Alberta, Big T’s BBQ has a big presence in this Western province! Featured on the popular Food Network show, “You Gotta Eat Here,” Big T’s BBQ is home to a variety of comfort food classics that will have you hurrying back. Calgarians can order their favourite platter or “T’sers” online, in house, or at the Market.

Danny’s Whole Hog BBQ

Danny Kleinsasser is passionate about BBQ! After working in the food industry and instructing others on how to deliver amazing food and experiences, Danny opened his own meat processing plant with a vision of bringing exceptional BBQ and services to Manitoba. The success of his 2002 venture has led to a line of signature sauces and meats that are distributed in Manitoba and beyond. His secret? Listening to his customers!

Red Barn Restaurant

This restaurant’s history starts in 1986, where Karmean and Jim Davison operated a seasonal, 26-seater restaurant. However, after a few years, the restaurant transformed into a 12-month operation. And, under the leadership of their son Dan and his wife, Terrie, Kendale has been proud to witness the Red Barn’s operations continue to grow. In fact, the Red Barn is known for its smoked ribs and Broasted chicken! Who’s hungry?!

LET’S KEEP MAKING GREAT BBQ

As we look forward to the holiday season, and the New Year, we’re also looking forward to meeting new clients and connecting with our extended family. Whether you’re looking to add a new meat smoker or update your current Broaster® model, Kendale is prepared to help you make this season your best yet. Contact our team to learn more about our products and discover how you can get cooking with Kendale!
